Join us for our 10th Anniversary WROAR Ride
TODAY: Sunday August 24, 2014

Our 2014 ride will start from Dave & Busters, 120 Interchange Way in Concord, Ontario at 11am. Next we'll go to SUBWAY at 1500 Elgin Mills Road East in Richmond Hill around noon. Stop by and say "HI" even if you can't join the ride this year. At SUBWAY riders will be served coffee, tea and muffins in the morning, and lunch is provided for riders raising $50 or more after the route completion. Passengers, guests and friends can buy a lunch ticket. We'll have a really exciting raffle this year too - tickets only available at the ride, so please come out and support WROAR - hopefully you'll win something cool too! See you Sunday.

See our MAP - for both new locations. Riders will enjoy easy highway access from all over the greater Toronto area via Hwy 7, 407 or 400.

Thanks Motorcycle Spring Show!

The WROAR Ride had a great time at the Spring Motorcycle Show this year. It was great to see familiar faces and meet new people. Motorcyclists all seem very excited this time of year; the prospect of spring thaw sometime soon energizes everyone!

Thanks to all the riders who stopped by the WROAR booth to chat, and thanks to the Motorcycle Spring Show for a great event!

Thanks to our raffle sponsor Learning Curves, we had great fun offering show goers the chance to win one of your wonderful courses!

Can't make it out to the ride this year? We're sorry you'll miss the fun! Please help us reach our 10th Anniversary goal of a $15,000.00 donation to the TRCC/MWAR? You can make an online donation here: http://www.canadahelps.org/gp/32315

2011: WROAR 7 was another great ride, but the tradgedy that occured after the event has overwhelmed us all. One of our organizing committee members, Liz Metcalfe, was killed while riding her motorcycle home from the WROAR Event. Liz will be greatly missed by all of the motorcycling community and by the women of the WROAR committee and the women of the TRCC/MWAR. Remembering Liz

The WROAR Ride is a Women's Motorcycle Ride, but both the ride and event are open to all, and men are encouraged to participate! Both the ride and our day-long event are open to all genders, motorcycle, scooter, and trike riders and passengers, soon-to-be-riders, and non-motorcyclists are welcome too! Please come out and support WROAR Ride X in 2014!

The WROAR RIDE is in support of:

Note to visitors: this new 'low-wattage' version of the WROAR Ride website requires less electricity to view and generates less light pollution. A small savings that adds up with 3,000 to 4,000 visitors per month. Our way to rebalance the karma of our carbon footprint as internal combustion enthusiasts.
